Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test - 2017
JNT University, Hyderabad
A Common Entrance Test designated in full as Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test for Diploma Holders and for B.Sc.(Mathematics) Degree Holders and in short as TS ECET [FDH & B.Sc.(Mathematics)]-2017 will be conducted by JNT University Hyderabad on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education for lateral entry into B.E./ B.Tech./ B. Pharm. courses offered for the academic year 2017-18 in the State of Telangana.
(i) For lateral admission through Common Entrance Test into 2nd year regular B.E/B.Tech Courses in both university and Private Un-Aided Professional institutions (Minority & non-Minority),approved by All India Council for Technical Education.
(ii) For lateral admission through Common Entrance Test into 2nd year regular B. Pharmacy Course in both University and private un-Aided professional institutions (Minority & Non-Minority) approved by Pharmacy Council of India.

Important Instructions:
1) Candidates who wish to apply for TSECET-2017 are requested to fill the particulars carefully in ONLINE APPLICATION. The required information should be collected from the relevant documents.
2) All the candidates have to come to the Examination hall with a printout of Online submitted application. The candidate has to affix the passport size photograph (should be same as that of uploaded) duly signed by Gazatted Officer.
3) Candidates are advised to visit the Examination Centre one day before the date of Examination to avoid any inconvenience to reach examination centre in time on the day examination.
4) Candidates are required to report to the Examination Centre by 12.30 PM on the day of Examination as the candidates have to undergo the registration process at the test centre which includes taking of photograph, capturing of finger print etc.
5) Candidates are not allowed to the examination centre after 2.00 P.M. and not permitted to leave the examination hall before 5.00 P.M.
6) It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that they are answering the correct Question Paper of the branch for which he / she has applied
7) The candidates are required to verify his / her Hall Ticket Number, Name, Branch, Photograph etc. displayed on the screen before commencement of the test on the day of Examination.
8) Candidates must handover the Online Application Form to the Invigilator in the Examination Hall on the day of Examination
9) Question paper will be in
English only.
It is advised to reach your allotted Examination Center well before commencement of the examination so that you can take examination tension-free.
