Aligarh Muslim University will offer admissions in Master of Computer Science and Applications (MCA) through AMU MCA 2017 entrance exam.
Eligibility:
i. The applicant should have graduated in B.Tech or B.Arch. or Bachelor of Education with an aggregate of 55%.
ii. Candidates having graduation in Science with an aggregate of 55% marks are also eligible for apply. In addition, the candidate should have qualified Mathematics and any 2 subjects from the list including Statistics, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Application, Information Technology, and Computer Maintenance in the qualifying Examination.
iii. The applicant should have studied Mathematics and Physics in the Senior Secondary School level or its Equivalent course.
Admission Procedure: Selection of candidates to MCA course in AMU will be based on the marks scored by them in AMU MCA entrance exam 2017. The performance of applicant in Group discussion/Interview will also be taken into consideration for admission.

Exam Pattern:
The duration of exam is 2 hour.
The Exam paper consists of 100 questions of 100 marks.
Each correct answer is rewarded with 1 mark.
The paper is divided into four sections.
The first section includes 50 questions asked from Mathematics and Statistics which holds 50 marks.
he second section include 20 questions from the subject of Physics which carries 20 marks.
The third section includes 20 questions from Chemistry which carries 20 marks.
The rest of the 10 marks are divided among fourth section which include questions from Logical Ability, Deductive ability and Reasoning.
