ONLINE EXAMINATION APPLICATION FORM FOR SECONDARY TEACHERS ELIGIBILITY TEST (STET), 2019
Bihar Secondary Teachers Eligibility Test (BSTET) is conducted by Bihar School Examination Board or BSEB to recruit teachers for secondary (Class 9- 10) and higher secondary level (Class 11- 12). Bihar STET includes two papers, Paper I and Paper II for the two different levels. Candidates need to pass the written tests to become eligible for teaching posts in different schools under Bihar Government. Apart from that, teachers for physical education will also be recruited through BSTET.
Eligibility Criteria: A candidate will be considered eligible for Bihar STET if he or she meets the following parameters:
Nationality: Candidates must be an Indian citizen and a resident of Bihar.
Age: Age of the applicants must be between 21 and 40 years.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
Category i.e. UR/EWS/SC/ST/BC/EBC and Persons with Disabilities, once entered at the time of online registration, cannot be changed under any circumstances and no benefit of other category will be admissible later on.
No manual/paper application will be entertained.
While applying for the post, the applicant should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility and other norms mentioned above, as on the specified dates and that the particulars furnished are correct in all respects. In case it is detected, at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfil the eligibility norms and / or that he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will stand automatically cancelled. If any of the above shortcoming(s) is/are detected even after appointment his/her services are liable to be terminated without any notice.
Application Form not properly filled in or incomplete in any respect will be summarily rejected. Intentional suppression of any material fact will also be similarly dealt with.
This is to be noted that mere submission of application or receipt of Admit Card / Call Letter or appearance in examination does not guarantee selection / appointment in the respective post. Selection of candidates will bemade strictly based on merit position, available vacancy, verification of original documents / certificates.
The admit card indicating roll number, name of the allocated test center and guidelines for the test will be made available on the same site to the successfully registered candidates based on the online data. The candidate has to download his Admit card for appearing in the test from the website.
Candidates are advised to keep the e-mail ID which is to be entered compulsorily in the online application form active for at least one year. No change in the e-mail ID willbe allowed once entered. All future correspondence would be sent via E-mail only.
BSEB reserves the right to cancel/restrict/enlarge/modify/alter the recruitment process, if need so arises, without issuing any further notice or assigning any reason thereafter.
Canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification of the candidate.
The E-mail ID & Mobile number should be kept active till the completion of this recruitment process. Mobile No. & E-mail ID once given cannot be changed by the applicant under any circumstances.
